Christians Against Poverty (CAP)
There is now an opportunity for local people who struggle with debt to receive help from CAP. We need to find people from our church willing to befriend anyone who has had some help, and possibly invite them to our church activities.
If you think you could come alongside someone like this, please see Jonathan or Elaine Adams for more information. No experience of "finance" or "accounting" is needed - just a heart to reach out in friendship to others.
The church has a network of prayer triplets and is trying to get everyone involved with one. It is a group of usually 3 people who meet regularly to pray with emphasis on praying for non believers that we know, working towards bringing people into the kingdom. It is also to encourage and support each other.
If you are not involved and would like to know more please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org, or call me on 01600712299 or find me out at church. I can email you a leaflet or I have some on me.
